Bio
Sakiko Yamaguchi is currently a postdoctoral fellow at Department of Psychiatry, McGill University/Douglas Research Centre in Montreal. She is passionate about creating opportunities for young people with diverse backgrounds to connect, co-learn, and get their voices heard to inform policies and actions. Her research projects include: critical ethical engagement with youth with brain-based disabilities in patient-oriented research, co-creation of a roadmap for data infrastructure for youth homelessness prevention, and co-creation of youth engagement guides for mental health policymaking. She completed her PhD at the Division of Social and Transcultural Psychiatry, McGill University in 2021.
